I guide skaters, athletes, and movement lovers through holistic, yoga-inspired training that cultivates functional strength, body awareness, and the artistry of motion.
My mission is to support each person in becoming their most empowered, aligned, and expressive self—where movement is not just performance, but a form of artful embodiment.
The Brandt Method
With a foundation rooted in figure skating, dance, yoga, Pilates, and weight training, I’ve developed a unique and holistic approach to fitness that is functional integrating strength, flexibility, balance, agility, cardio, and dance-inspired movement. My method, geared towards figure skaters needs, emphasizes moving with purpose and grace, helping clients—from athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts—build a deeper connection with their bodies. Each program is personalized, focusing on enhancing performance, comfort, and confidence while reducing the risk of injury through active stretching techniques drawn from years of Vinyasa flow practice.
