Off-Ice Yoga Classes

Each class is carefully tailored to meet the needs of individual athletes, teams, and clubs. I incorporate specific lesson plans and choreographed sequences that support both individual progress and team goals. Whether working on balance, flexibility, or injury prevention, my approach provides skaters with the tools to succeed on the ice.

Class Pricing (Per 45-Minute Session):

  • Up to 15 Participants: $100 per class

  • 16-30 Participants: $125 per class

  • 31+ Participants: $150 per class

60-Minute Class Pricing:

  • Up to 15 Participants: $130 per class

  • 16-30 Participants: $160 per class

  • 31+ Participants: $200 per class

Private Lessons

For those seeking one-on-one attention, private lessons are designed to address the specific needs of the skater. These sessions can focus on anything from strengthening core stability to improving flexibility or enhancing mental focus.

Pricing for Private Lessons (Per 45-Minute Session):

  • Private (1 Skater): $90 per session

Pricing for Private Lessons (Per 60-Minute Session):

  • Private (1 Skater): $120 per session

Semi-Private Lessons (Up to 3 Skaters)

Semi-private lessons offer personalized attention at a more affordable rate for small groups. Perfect for pairs, small teams, or athletes with similar needs, semi-private lessons allow for focused instruction while also fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.

Pricing for Semi-Private Lessons (Per 45-Minute Session, Up to 3 Skaters):

  • $120 per session (total for all 3 skaters)

Pricing for Semi-Private Lessons (Per 60-Minute Session, Up to 3 Skaters):

  • $150 per session (total for all 3 skaters)

Customized Lesson Plans and Choreographed Classes

Every class is crafted based on the individual needs of the skaters and the goals of the club or team. I work closely with coaches to ensure that each session integrates seamlessly with the overall training plan. You can expect:

  • Personalized exercises and stretches tailored to each skater’s flexibility, strength, and focus.

  • Choreographed yoga routines that align with specific skills needed on the ice (e.g., jumps, spins, balance).

  • Ongoing progress assessments to track development and adjust plans accordingly.

Booking and Payment Information

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of each session. Payments can be made via e transfer, EFT, or cash
